The Cozy Cottage is a lovely one Bedroom, one Bath, 640 sq. ft. unit.  It has a Queen Bed, built in dresser and an ample closet.  

It includes a Washer and Dryer.

The bathroom has a linen closet and storage over the commode.  

The fully equipped Kitchen is open to the Dining area and Living Area.  

It has a large front porch overlooking the horse pasture and barn.  

As with all our properties, all utilities are included: electricity, DirectV, trash, water, lawn care.
