The Guest Cottage is an 1100 sq. ft. one bedroom and one bedroom Cottage.
The house is over 110 years old. The Cottage was originally located in Onalaska, Texas and moved to our homestead. It was completely gutted, remodeled and restored.
The Guest Cottage features an Entry Hall, Living Room with Fireplace, complete Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Formal Dining Room, Laundry Room equipped with a Washer and Dryer.
The Bathroom has a Claw foot tub and antique dresser converted to a sink.
The Guest Cottage has original Pine floors throughout and lots of bead board.
The bedroom has a King Size Bed.
As with all our properties, all utilities are included: electricity, DishNet, trash, water, lawn care.
Relax on the front porch with some Iced Tea.
